Made the trip to State College, PA, today with the retired couple staying here.  It turned out to be a nice, easy day.  Penn State is huge.  Their stadium is huge.  It holds 106,000+ and is the second largest in the U.S. (Michigan).  It's the fourth largest stadium in the world.  Crazy.  I'm ready to go to a game there.  I now even own a Penn State hat.  I have no idea why I got it.  I don't love Penn State, but I don't hate them either.  I finally found out why they are known as the Nittany Lions.  They have a nice baseball stadium, which also serves as the home to an A-team belonging to the Pirates.  Turns out a lot of Cardinals came through there...Brenden Ryan, Motte, and several others.  They are a big agri school and have a creamery there...so...ice cream!

Some sort of chocolate with chocolate chip and vanilla bean.  A winner!

Oh, and look what found me today...

Homerun!  Right behind the plate!  The people I met at The Bullfrog the day I got here came through.  It says 3pm, but they've already moved it to noon.  They claim their main thinking is so that if law enforcement is needed in the eastern side of the state later in the day, they can get there.  We'll see what happens.  Hopefully, they'll get it in and Amtrak will be up and running between Jersey and NYC Monday at noon!

Games scheduled to start tomorrow at noon with Japan and Mexico, and then Montana and California square off at 3pm.  Hopefully, the rain holds off tomorrow and I can get a good seat.  There was no baseball today, so I'm ready!
