So, I've seen Tim Wakefield take 2 of his 7 cracks at win #200.  Again, he left with a chance to win.  Again, the bullpen blew it.

All is not lost, however...

This ball came off the bat of Kevin Youkilis during batting practice.  I was standing along the third base side in the last section of the field box in foul territory.  It actually hit the field, bounced into the stands, and rolled down.  It was between me and someone about three times my size.  When it bounced up, he went for the row it was headed for.  Not me...baseballs go with gravity...they come down...and I knew he wasn't quick enough to get there to get it on the bounce.  It rolled right to the row I went to.  I somehow ended up with a bruised right thigh and elbow, but I don't think it'll put me on the disabled list.  This is #4 for my career.  #2 on the trip.  The first I've gotten in the scramble.  The first I've gotten in foul territory.  The first time I've actually been able to identify whose bat it came off of.

I've not been using my cellphone up here, so here was my "Game Time in Toronto" shot:

The stadium actually turned out to be more fun than I thought.  Off to Greenville, South Carolina, tomorrow.  Need to get my five hours of sleep in.  G'night.
