Frank McCourt offered $1.2 billion to sell the Dodgers

Take it!  I've only heard of the Yankees and Cubs being baseball teams worth $1 billion.  I'd also think the Red Sox would fall into the category.  With the condition the Dodgers are in now, how could he now take this deal?
